Edging / denial sensations

Question for men really, any of you guys get weird prostate contractions during a prolonged period of edging/denial? By prolonged, usually at least 12 hours, but can be days. I'll often feel a contraction in my groin. I assume it's unused seminal fluid being pumped into my bladder. Doesn't sound sexy, but i can assure you it can feel like a mini orgasm! Can be quite interesting if I'm half way around Tesco or wherever!
