Anyone else up at this God Awful hour...

I bloody hate this time of day! It makes me resentful and bitter because I’m wide awake and the rest of the house (or boat in this case) is snoring away . It’s the overthinking hour ya know? I’m laid here thinking about all the things I need to sort out or fix and then of course because I’m tired it’s all 1000% times worse than it needs to be....I dream (or not obviously) of a full night sleep and waking up refreshed

Awww that sucks! I’ve also been awake off and on since about 2 and now so wide awake I’m considering getting out of bed and making coffee despite not having to get up for anything today lol

Awe in Sheffield. I started running in evening for atleast 30 minutes, 3 times weekly. It does help achieving that decent sleep.

I'm always awake around 4am. However I find that if I get up, have some breakfast and do a few things , I'm ready for sleep again fairly quickly.

We’re on our boat so there’s no boiler to

Check and I’m fucking useless with making a fire so I’ll just have to lay here bored and cold until Mr B wakes up lol
