I have to agree with another post though, why stop at the underwear.

Personally I don't find it particularly sexual, I do it to escape from my everyday life and to be someone else for a while. It's very rare that I would just wear the underwear though and more likely that I am in a rush and would throw a dress over my boxers.

I do prefer to fully dress when I get the opportunity, especially if I can dress and have someone to treat me like a woman too. (Not necessarily having to cook their dinner and iron their shirts)
