My Wife when in the right mood flashes all the time.

How ridiculous people saying it is illegal! If men do it, then I guess that it is, but show me a woman who has ever been prosecuted?

In fact recently my wife was wearing a short dress in Weston Super Mare. We had to visit the Cash Point before going to the Grand Pier. We had a policeman behind us and due to the wind the wife's dress spent more time around her waist. He just smiled as did many others around us.

Our usual scenario is a short dress that just shows the tops of her stockings as she is walking and more when she is careless.

Another scenario is a short polka dot skater dress that blows up easily in the wind.

All of these flashes are purely accidental you understand.
