I find watching a little boring if there isn't alot of sound. Some people are just very quiet I guess. There is also the flipside of the sounds being annoying. (The worst that comes to mind is where I had to photograph a couple and the woman sounded like a chimpanzee on helium. It was worse than nails on chalkboard.)

That being said - I prefer it over joining, my release later is so much more unrestrained.
