Fraid we don't meet smokers or vapers.

Thing is nicotine is pretty nasty stuff, it's rather bitter and gets concentrated by the human body in the blood stream and other places. We can always tell if peeps do it.

Even worse if you smoke as the chemicals in that are simply revolting when you think about it. I mean who wants to subject themselves to carcinogens and poisons like cyanide, bromide and stuff like that.

"I would imagine very few people are turned on by smoking and it's a NO from me."

I smoke and am asked regularly for photos of me smoking, if I would do a smoking BJ and more it’s a pretty common fetish.

That said smokers usually end up meeting other smokers and we have the bonus of smoking areas in clubs being incredibly friendly because we are used to the ostracism. Don’t mine really we quit for almost 10 years before starting again, so I get that it smells and isn’t for everyone. - Mrs

We don't smoke ourselves but as long as they don't smell or taste of smoke then that would be absolutely fine, in fact if we are going to have a naughty meet with a smoker then we always ask them not to smoke before or during our meet. After we have had our fun then that's fine

You do it everyday without even realising you buy food in a supermarket that is processed and full of chemicals, car fumes, idustrial fumes from manufacturing and many other things are far more harmful than smoking.

The government has choosen smoking and obesity to alienate to general public as a way to explain why the nhs is failing because they blame smoking and obesity related illness when in reality its neither its just another example of government propaganda.

Im not saying smoking and vaping arent harmful to your health but there are far worse things for your health which you're exposed to every day without you even realising

Got to smmmmmerkkkkkk at that one as Harry Enfield would say. So you're saying the smoking ban is wrong and that people should be allowed to smerk wherever they like again. I went up to Scotland many years ago (incidently SNP or maybe scottish labour, certainly not tories ) before we adopted the ban LOL so you can't blame Tories for that one and came out of a night club and for the first time in my life did not have to chuck my clothes straight in the wash basket.

You may or may not, but I have a physical reaction to the residue, whether I can smell/taste it or not. Yes I'm sensitive. Yes my life was hell before the pub smoking ban. But we're out there and people need to respect our wishes whether we're sensitive or just think it's gross.

We are smokers and have it on our profile clearly for those who don’t wish to meet smokers, So it’s strange how many message or wink us that have ‘won’t meet smokers’ on their profile. If we were to be invited to a non smokers home, we would show respect by not smoking. We don’t mind meeting non smokers and they are welcome to go in to the garden if our smoking in our own home offends.

We’ve found that the smoking areas at clubs are where the most interesting and funniest conversations take place.

I used to smoke so this isn't in any way judgemental, and I wish it was otherwise because there's so many more opportunities, but it's a no from me.

No issue with mates etc smoking, but I find the taste and smell off putting in a partner. Plus I've seen too many people die from smoking related illnesses, including my mum, so I'd have to pass.

Other Half smoked since her teens and she thought that she was "immune" as well (though I did suggest different) - she saw the light a few years after she stopped. We were holidaying with friends and the wife was a "casual smoker" - my wife agreed she could smell (and taste it) from her.

There’s no doubting that smoking is unhealthy, but years ago smoking was promoted as good for your health.

Fortunately we’ve found over recent years a whole list of materials and gasses that so many were exposed to within work and outside environments that has been a major contributor to poor mental health and organ failure in later years, for example asbestos, mining, cotton mills and the biggie, exhaust fumes. There’s those that have lived a healthy and non smoking lifestyle who’ve died way too young from cancer and other diseases that would normally be associated with smoking, and those who are in their 90’s who’ve smoked all their life who are fit as a fiddle. Smoking used to be socially accepted, but many have packed in the ciggies and substituted it with food and sweets, which in turn has replaced lung disease with heart straining obesity.

Why is it perfectly acceptable to have filters to disallow smokers(which I have no objection to), but unacceptable to have filters to disallow obese people on Fabs searches? Is it because obesity is the now a socially acceptable lifestyle?

It appears to be perfectly acceptable to say ‘definitely won’t meet smokers because they smell’ but not acceptable to say ‘won’t meet fat people because they stink of body odour, sweat profusely and will probably die of a heart attack mid fun’?

(Awaits the abuse)

It's a valid point, and I'm speaking as a (slightly) overweight ex-smoker, who has substituted nicotine with food I remember reading a post where someone said something like, 'it's perfectly ok for women to say they won't date anyone under six foot, but if a guy was to post won't date anyone over twelve stone, watch the reaction'. In the end it's all just personal preferences, and a lot of these preferences can be overcome by personality if it was someone you met in real life, as opposed to the fantasy land of dating sites. I have to say this site is one of the harsher ones I've been on when it comes to preferences though.

Maybe explain that to my mum? She smoked for almost 60 years and as a result of that has severe COPD and emphysema, is permanently on oxygen and is slowly suffocating to death as her loved ones watch!! I’ll tell her it’s just propaganda next time I visit!

Oh - and no - I don’t shag smokers!!

That is exactly what killed my mum. A horrible, agonising, process. You have my sympathies. Even after the diagnosis she could not stop, by the time she died she had less than 5% lung capacity left.

I have to say this site is one of the harsher ones I've been on when it comes to preferences though."

The internet is harsh. People can be very straight talking and even offensive on a keyboard who are actually really nice people face to face if you met them in the real world. Doesn’t mean finding someone interesting will lead to the wildest sex you could ever imagine, but it’s more real than anything like this type of website could ever come near. The reason why we prefer to meet people at clubs. Saying that, some of the best spontaneous fun has happened when indoors late of a weekend feeling horny and searching for a local third wheel.

A turn off.

It's annoying when smokers contact me cos they cannot be bothered to read that one tiny aspect of my profile and save THEM time.

As long as I don't taste smoke, or leave smelling as smoke. Then they can do what they like!

"Definitely off, the smell and taste is not for me."

This really!

I’ve made the odd exception for someone I’ve played with in a club - but I’ve come across very few where you can’t smell it on their breath - and in some cases the whole of their body and cum! Not sexy!

I have nothing against smokers per se. However, the smell of cigarette smoke ( is worse) tends to turn me off and I don't like the taste.

So, I wouldn't arrange to meet a smoker.

The question, turn on or turn off? Seriously, how is smoking a turn on. Can understand that people smoke and others are ok with that or not but as a choice, it is not a turn on. A big turn off for us.

Lots have non smokers as an indicator on their profile but as long as you are as fresh as can be and don't chain smoke during a meet (much better things to be doing) they don't seem overly bothered.

We used to avoid those saying 'no smokers' as a preference and then they kept contacting us!

What was worse was that he turned out to be a really selfish lover (after I’d sucked that ashtray!) It was all over in less than five minutes! He’s one of the reasons I rarely have sex at clubs these days! X

"I smoke and I can guarantee you 100% that I don't smell, neither do my clothes, skin or breath, just saying "

You may think you don't ( it's a bit like garlic) but to a non smoker you can't hide the smell at all ..especially on clothes and breath . With a fellow smoker it's easy enough to almost disguise it but a non smoker not a chance ..
