Milf is like a disclaimer- you’re a mom but I would, but really it’s just stupid. It’s like saying someone looks good despite being a mother. Cougar implies that women are prowling for younger men in a predatory way.

I don’t like either term. Me being a mother has nothing to do with my sexuality and shouldn’t have to do with whether or not someone wants to fuck me.

We don’t have a stupid name like cougar for men who date or fuck younger women.

I personally quite like the term

Being an older mum, I find I have been ‘labelled’ into a category that deems me fit.. which is flattering if someone calls me it.

However- I do understand some women’s opinions about being called another name , usually by men, to label us or put us down. I HATE being called a whore or a slut or anything (I appreciate some women love it). So I get their thoughts on this option.

I guess it’s all about choice again isn’t it.

Then it’s about figuring out what each woman wants as we’re all different- then there’s whether the moon is align with the stars that day and whether there is a r in the month.....

Not sure why you believe why those two positions are incompatible.

Although oddly enough, cougar I would get offended by as I see that as being much older than me. But I'd more likely shrug it off than start a row over it.
