You might want to explore online via Regulation London and meo in Germany (de is the clue).

The quality is the issue here as a cheap 'pecker' dildo gag will not last long if the sitter is enthusiastic.

Surprised at how much rythem and power you could get once you got the angle correct (found yoir nose just gets in the way at first haha)

We have a few of these!

Not only do you need to consider the strap size but one of ours has a ball for the mouth...which we liked although the size of the ball made it very uncomfortable to use.
