I’m having a really hard time just now got two boys in the house who both live at home they never go out so now our sex life has now all but stoped at home. I’m going insane here and I’m making Mikes life hell just now. What I’m I to do? Ideas well come.

How old are your boys, if they are teen+ you can assume they think you have sex anyway. Have sex, if they don’t like it tell them to put up and shut up.

I wish it was as easy as that, our boy is 18 but he’s more like 15 as he is ASC plus now we have had his friend come to stay with us and he is ASC too. So yes would love to say just deal with it but it not going to happen. Think we will have to wait till a club night lol thank gods it’s this weekend coming.

Even if your son and his friend have Autism they are 18 and surely understand it is not acceptable to burst into your bedroom unannounced. If they do you are entitled to put a bolt inside your bedroom door to stop them. If you are uncomfortable having sex at home you could go to a club.

When it was just our boy it was fine as we knew his movements and it’s our lad, it’s him mate moving in bless him and him having his own room right next to ours. But yes clubs will be it and when they have a full day at college.

It’s the noises really but it’s going to be clubs for us for a while now lol

Our son has Autism.& Adhd - has just moved out (after moving back home again - hallelujah - we're having rampant sex all over the house!)

It is difficult but not insurmountable- the most difficult bit is the noise level - you do have to be a tad more aware of not being as loud as you would like to be.

I think just having those conversations about love, relationships & sex from an early age are key. It's not something you should hide that you're doing but on the other hand he doesn't need to know every time you're at it! You're probably more worried about it than you think he is to be honest

Sometimes it can add to the excitement in that you need to grab any moment you can- day or night when he's out.

You will get through it honestly !
