there is always the risk that she will freak out. There isn't a magic formula of words that will present swinging in a way that seems acceptable to someone who finds it unacceptable to have sex with other people.

What you can do is work on your emotional communication so that you're both secure enough to suggest sexual things without it meaning the end of your relationship
