I’ve followed this thread with interest. Definite hatred for all things trans. What a waste of emotion. Well this has got a bit dramatic. To accuse me if hate for all things trans when I have never directed hate and shown support to actual transsexuals is a bit irresponsible of you.

Also taking certain extracts of my profile and again presenting it as hate is again irresponsible.

In my profile I state I am not into TS/ TV/ CD in brackets and left it as that. The bit about blokes in knickers is then referring to just a big hairy bloke in women’s knickers who is not one of the aforementioned.

You are all too quick to pull the ‘phobia’ card without any real examples of my apparent hatred.

The reason I feel strongly about men pretending to be straight who go with TV/ CD (not TS/ TG) is because a lot if these same men tend to be hostile to men in male form. They are aggressive and even homophobic, even on gay apps when hunting for men dressed up. I find this highly hypocritical and it feels like we are going backwards. These men are deluded and should face the truth.

Secondly they are also denying support I feel to their fellow gay/ bi who have the courage to be honest with themselves and others. The more of us that are honest, the better for all of us.

I’ve read your posts, particularly when it comes to TV/TS related forum topics. Why you are so biased against anyone other than those in full transition? Perhaps you’ve had bad experiences. I know I’ve certainly had bad experiences on the scene with gay guys. Does that make me tar you all with the same brush? No. So quick to point out that we aren’t normal, yet most of us sit so far away from the casual guy in his wife’s panties, it’s not true. Oh and define “normal” please? I’ll tell you now, normal really doesn’t exist in the real world. As a psychiatrist of nearly 20yrs and trans for 30, I find gender fluidity and sexuality to be a constant source of wonder, learning and treatment. It’s certainly not predictable paranoia, more correcting you on your obvious bias towards anyone that portrays their bisexuality in ways other than what you view as acceptable - either masculine or feminine forms based on their prescribed gender. Trans people’s psychologies are so much more complex than your simplistic and incorrect view. It’s like saying that all gay guys are Freud’s fragile narcissist. Does that adequately sum you up? I don’t suppose it does. I’ll bet I know more Trans people than you and their reasons for being trans and what it fulfils in them personally are wide and varied. As for sexuality, I agree that we need to be both introspective and honest with our desires. I’ve seen that manifest itself in guilt, at best, and violence at worst. Whether to self or others. However I don’t agree that guys that date trans are necessarily bisexual (although Freud et al would disagree). You’re assuming that the genitalia defines sexual preference. In most cases, desires are the predilection of the mind. Most guys see Tgirls as feminine. Most Tgirls, past the casual crossdresser and transvestite, also thrive on, and have a defined female persona (myself included). It’s not that simple in some cases (although to some, undoubtedly). Regardless, and without wanting to insult you, please accept that you don’t know what it feels like to BE trans. A live and let live attitude, especially on a site that is as panoramic as this one, is probably best. You come across as vitriolic so don’t be surprised when that vitriol is aimed at you.

I’m always hesitant with “straight” guys as I’ve seen a lot of guilt either professionally or after the event. However, I’ve met predominantly straight guys and we’ve both had a great time. It depends on the person. How you decide to label yourself is up to you but the only person you need to answer to as to why you find us attractive or desirable is you.
