My sister caught me wearing her knickers and one of her full length slips wanking when I was 17, does that count? It was a pretty fraught time afterwards and she held the threat of exposure over me for a very long time, even after I married she would ask me if I had told my wife about my "habit"

True story: A old school friends kinda caught me

I asked him to sort my laptop years ago and he “happened” my porn stash mostly cd and tv at the time. But never found the pics of me at that time.

As i got more brave over the years i started post more on here and other places.

He was back in my area and messaged asking to hang out so we planed to go to a geek type convention and told him he could crash at mine.

We both stared getting ready in our costumes went out and had a good day out. Kept dropping hints about couples (guys and girls costumes) that he said we would look better in especially me as a girls.

Nope lol i decided to walk out my room to the hall took a few photos and went back in my room. I didn’t realise walking about in my heels in the hall (squeaking floor boards and all) must have stirred him awake. Feeling daring i decide to go back out in to the hall again only to walk straight in to him!

Everyone gets caught sooner or later.

If you're married it can cause problems depending upon how open minded your partner is and what you've been up to, but if you're single I wouldn't sweat about it. You may get a bit of ribbing for a couple of weeks but frankly no-one cares. It's not a crime and nobody is going to come after you with pitchforks.

Being out is very liberating and can lead to all sorts of things. Transition for one and even your own tits.
