Love to know if people are so hung up age ??

Everyone has their preferences. My advice would be to go to club or other face-to-face event. Age doesn't really come up there, and people just go off natural attractions.

why worry. Its only a number. Age doesn't bother me but it does some on here. Each to their own but I'd say personality is much more important

I'd wondered a similar thing, as I'm 46 and 45 is a lot of people's cut off

But I am also less of an oil painting and more of an oil slick and so it's possibly less surprising in my case....

I've seen people who are 'old' at 30 and 'young' at 60. So if someone's going to be so inflexible on a number I'm sure they're going to be difficult in other areas, so pass them by as quickly as you can and thank the fab gods!

People have preferences if you are too old for them accept it. Your profile says straight no men you wouldn't want men forcing themselves on you would you.

Totally agree with this. Age is just a number cerebral maturity is what counts. I can have more in common with someone of 25 than someone of my age who's ready for their pipe and slippers.

Its funny for me it was after 50 that I couldn't message people any more.. I think the cutoff is 50 for a lot..

Or should I just do what a lot seem to do on here, which is to knock 5 or 10 years off their actual age. Fab age as it were..

Personally I'd rather get less interest and be honest about my age, as I have always found honesty is the best starting place.. Start with a lie and it generally goes downhill from there.

I had someone tell me I'm too young to be on here and have the body of a little girl and I should not be on a site like this.blank the idiots and take no notice as everyone is looking for different things

It’s just down to preference. It’s so tricky to be forced to choose age parameters where face to face you’d just decide. I also think a lot lie about their age on here to get past other’s parameters and then no one knows what age someone could be anyway. We are too old for many, but find others even within our parameters aren’t a good fit if not age there’s something else. Fab land is tricky. I think I agree that you should try a club you may be surprised.

It’s great that you’re comfortable with yourself and age is just a number. Personally I love older men and women.

However there’s loads of 47 yr olds on here that have bodies of gods. And although you believe you’re “extremely fit” others may not see it that way.

Everyone is allowed their own opinion and taste

At my age I must be outside 95% of Fabs clientele's age preference. Does not stop me trying. Have to agree there is less age discrimination once you can meet face to face i.e. in club etc. Like to think I do not look my age... !!

Because it's their preferences. Your in my age range but too far. Some of us are actively looking for people around our own ages, I'm sure you'll find someone who does want to meet you.
