They are pretty and you can attach various items to them such as a lead, weights, electrodes etc.

If you do get one you will have to have it in for a while and perhaps stretch the hole a little before you can take it in and out comfortably (Yes they can be taken out, so no chips on teeth with Bjs or ripped condoms). But it takes time.

Healing time is about 3 weeks ish. Stretching 6 months to a year to get to a take it in and out size..

Oh you will be peeing sitting down for the rest of your life!!!

Go for it! Have had one for many years, R loves it and so do most of the women I've played with. I have a screw-ball ring or screw-ball banana bar so I can take it out if the women don't want it, or for anal. Most women can't take a PA anally.

Try Jobananas, a UK firm which does different sized balls for their curved steel barbells. I have an 11mm ball on the "back' end and a 14mm ball on the 'front" end when fucking with a barbell, so it doesn't go into my urethra when thrusting. For day to day I wear a titanium barbell with two 12mm balls, for everyday comfort.

I had one and got rid of it

Pros - it looks different, some women love them.

Cons - It really hurt when I got mine done, some women hate them and will ask you to take it out before giving you oral sex, or letting you fuck them. I've got one and It's a mixed bag of pro's and con's tbf

I've had mine for 8 or 9 years now.

Don't remember it hurting too much when I had it done, very sharp pain but very short lived. Healing time was around a month and then slowly stretched to accommodate larger jewellery.

I usually wear a ring but it's easily removed in seconds if a partner doesn't like it. Most people I've been with have enjoyed it, only one asked for it to be removed for oral but she wanted it back kn for sex. Never had a torn condom.

I've just fitted a 6*19 curved barbell that came with 10mm balls. Sure enough the front one vanished while road testing. Did you get the 14mm from Jobananas?

I love my PA. I have found some decent jewellery now that can be removed super quick if it's not to someone's taste or is causing an issue for oral or anal.

It wasn't too painful and healed quickly.

Doesn't rip condoms

Urinating without making a mess can be a challenge sometimes
