They are pretty and you can attach various items to them such as a lead, weights, electrodes etc.

If you do get one you will have to have it in for a while and perhaps stretch the hole a little before you can take it in and out comfortably (Yes they can be taken out, so no chips on teeth with Bjs or ripped condoms). But it takes time.

Healing time is about 3 weeks ish. Stretching 6 months to a year to get to a take it in and out size..

Oh you will be peeing sitting down for the rest of your life!!!

The inside diameter can't be any smaller, it would be too tight when erect, and the outside diameter can't be any bigger as it would run on the inside of my urethra. Try Jobananas, a UK firm which does different sized balls for their curved steel barbells. I have an 11mm ball on the "back' end and a 14mm ball on the 'front" end when fucking with a barbell, so it doesn't go into my urethra when thrusting. I had one and got rid of it

Pros - it looks different, some women love them.

Cons - It really hurt when I got mine done, some women hate them and will ask you to take it out before giving you oral sex, or letting you fuck them. I've had mine for 8 or 9 years now.

Don't remember it hurting too much when I had it done, very sharp pain but very short lived. Healing time was around a month and then slowly stretched to accommodate larger jewellery.

I usually wear a ring but it's easily removed in seconds if a partner doesn't like it. Most people I've been with have enjoyed it, only one asked for it to be removed for oral but she wanted it back kn for sex. Never had a torn condom.
