Following up on Jenny G’s excellent description. We’ve used the one in Purple Mamba a couple of times. It’s got stirrup loops rather than ankle cuffs, which is more comfortable for Ms H. Ironically we tend to use them on the quieter nights, either for our own fun or so it’s easier to control who’s on the outside. It’s such a turn on swapping between the woman’s side and the outside, to see who is doing what. Especially since Ms H still doesn’t who know has been pleasuring her 
If you are considering it, always have a spotter (my job), just to make sure it’s what’s been agreed. In our case, it’s always condom or no play.
