Do you know how to capture what is on your phone screen? You can usually capture it by either pressing a button or two, or something in the pull down menu.

If you can, just play the video and screen capture the bits you like and it will save it as a picture.

In my experience, you always get better photos when you let the video cam run and then take screen shots after ... also less interuption when you're having so much sexy fun

Pressing the big button on the right and one of the volume buttons gives you an image.

Edit the pic, crop it top and bottom, the adjust it to high definition.

Repeat the process with multiple pics then when your ready submit the best.

Repeat this process with future videos and enjoy the Fabs when they come rolling in.

Not sure what guidelines the admins use but they're not consistent. I've had pics refused that were a little out of focus or lighting not good, and yet seen similar pics the same or worse on others profiles? Seems it's down to whoever is reviewing the pics as to what gets accepted.

Transfer the video to your laptop or PC and use VLC (the media player of kings) to view it; you can use hotkeys to go frame-by-frame and take snapshots.

Just crop the edges out on the editing screen. Re save the image.
