There is a woman who I see locally from time to time and she is always looks great and she also wears and ankle bracelet. She is about 10 years older than I am but I certainly would.

I know that not everyone who wears an ankle bracelet aren't necessarily looking or advertising so my question is what should I do?

Just ask her out for a drink. Sometimes you just have to have some balls and go for it.

Don't assume, as Joe Lydon says "to assume you make an ass out of u and me"...

You go the traditional long winded route, smile at her, maybe next time you see her say hello, if no response then don't become a pest and accept it will never be.

If she smiles, replies then next time try to strike up an innocent conversation. Then the next time chat again, maybe third or fourth time ask if maybe she'd like to meet for a drink...at that point it'll be a definite yes/no and after that up to you.
