I think most people work it out by looking at the shape of them before the lady takes her top off. They don't magically change size.

Yes of course. Lots of times. Men look at me and think they'll be getting a C-cup at most and then I whap my boobs out and their eyes widen and they exclaim "holy fuck" when they realise they are a tad bigger.
