Ghost?

As I am new to the swinger world I was wondering what ghost or being ghosted means? Am I right in assuming it's someone who keeps looking at your profile but never Messages or is it something else?

When you've been messaging a person and then they stop contacting you for no reason. It's not swinging exclusive though

It's when you've been seeing someone for a while and they suddenly just stop contacting you and just disappear off the radar

Technically it means that someone you're in a relationship with just vanishes with no warning or explanation but on here seems to mean someone you're messaging or arranging to meet suddenly stops contact

Always thought that was exclusive to dating or going out but thought the swinging definition was slightly different? Stand corrected if so.

Omg! I could never do that, I would at least give some kind of explanation unless the conversation got really uncomfortable and weired
