Any advice? I sometimes get stuck here; between hugely turned on and actual climax.

It's like - what you're doing is great, it got me to here, but if you keep doing it I'm either gonna lose the sensation or start finding it painful. I'm not gonna climax either way. But I don't know what else you could do!

I'd like to know from men and women how you deal with the plateau. Thank you for your time x
