Long before i found this place i had a couple of experiences sharing girlfriends i loved with another man or men.

Im in my 40s now and have discovered how normal it is for women to fabtasise about having sex with multiple men.

I find it hard to make the leap from understanding its natural and fun, with feeling jealous or finding that the woman i love is less attractive to me if we act on the fantasy.

Any advice from couples or people who know what i mean x

if you can't make that leap you probably shouldn't do it. It might help if you didn't think in terms of sharing, that denotes ownership to me and love isn't about that

My advice would be remember swinging isn't for all of us. Not all of us are wired right for it

The vast majority of people will not get their heads around swinging.

Sex and love are two different things.

As someone else said, it's not sharing. Swinging is adding an extra dimension to what is already great for different experiences.

At least it is for us.
