Try to liven it back up, meet their emotional needs, maybe buy toys, show an interest in whatever has their attention and lighten their load any way you can so they feel safe and cared for. -Mrs

I have never and would never cheat on a partner, so I would try to find the problem by talking with her, then solve it.

If that didn't work I would ask Niki for her blessing to get it somewhere else. Knowing Niki she would agree as long as she could watch!

As the Mr I agree with this .

About 5 year ago the Mrs went off sex .

I dug deep had a look in the mirror at myself and my behaviour and realised i had to change.

We have 3 kids and 6 grandkids but I wasn't giving her attention.

I began to take an interest in everything she does got myself off to the gym

Encouraged her to buy clothes that that show her in the best light.

She started to eat more heathly and started to exercise a lot.

Her self esteem grew and so did our sex life.

35 years together and our sex life now is better than it's ever been.

So when I see men say my wife has gone off sex I think we'll do something about it.

It's a team that makes a relationship not just one selfish twat.

I expect this has been said....but....you have to turn around what has gone wrong and you're young enough to do that.

Women go off sex for lots of reasons, if it's to do with you it could be:

You haven't given her enough attention.

You don't bother so much about your appearance.

You take her for granted.

You think you deserve sex.

If you love her those things are relatively simple to resolve.

I lost my sex drive after a series of surgeries in a delicate place with my ex hubby. 5 years later, we decided that we couldn’t continue as flatmates. We tried, failed and went our separate ways to live a happier life. Luckily we are still good friends. I couldn’t cheat and nor could he.

I didn’t want to be sexual anymore with my ex husband. We broke up and remained friends. I can’t make myself do things I don’t want to. Selfish is staying in a sexless marriage.

No even as a man I could see that I was the selfish one and made some changes .
