As in everything in our society the spoils, unfortunately, tend to go to those that jump up and down going ME ME ME all the time rather than those that get on quietly with just being themselves.

Profiles that say something like " I'm shy at first but come out of my shall when I get to know you better" aren't tempting to me as why do I want to waste time coaxing a shy person to feel confident ? I would rather pick someone who already appears confident.

A lot of 'confident' people aren't actually all that confident when it comes down to it either

They're just better at putting a veneer over their insecurities and smiling through situations when actually their mind is screaming 'I am not happy with this Dave, what the fuck are you doing?'

Probably not - it's good to know what you want & be confident enough to go for it.

Fortune favours the brave!

I'm very shy when it comes to meeting, so i target people who would find that kind of thing attractive. Seems to work.

Find those often come alive when d*unk too, a bit of Dutch courage can be good to for just that but I hate it when ppl are too d*unk it questions consent for me and wether the play is real will they even remember? Or would it have happened without the alcohol x

Take me for example, I am confident both socially and professionally ... but, at heart, I am not a social person

I have panic attacks in crowded places, I don't enjoy being part of a large group, my mind dies in a 1 on 1 where the attention focuses on me, but I have coping mechanisms

Other than me saying it here, no one would know

I only say it here because I bet there are hundreds if not thousands just like me

They just hide it

The realities of life are not really a concern for those looking for a shag, so if they are put on display, it is likely to be to the detriment of the exhibitor
