Yes !, i have mine done , speaking from experience, when i am being licked by a lady with her tongue done i can feel it if she is gifted she will use it just as i would to add texture soft/hard. The feed back i get is most can tell i have a tongue bar

kissing someone with a tongue bar is bizarre, i have mine done and it never accured to me it feels different, never met a guy with his tongue pierced untill last year and it felt so wierd when i kissed him

guess its what your used to

I have my tongue done have not met a man yet that does not love it but as the above gentleman mentioned it's just another tool if u are crap at oral it's not gonna make a difference

Never come undone during activities as yet did get stuck to one mans cock peircing lol but was easy enough to untangle, and if done by a professional no reason why there should be any complications as long as you follow their aftercare instructions
