I do think there’s a line.. I love women that look strong but still feminine. I don’t like pecks and rock hard calves - that’s not to say I don’t appreciate the work that goes into looking like that though. I’m fairly muscular myself but by no means skinny or shredded with it

Ps - my muscle gaining has been slow going because I have never used steroids. I am a personal trainer so could get hold of them easily. I'm also aware of how to use them as safely as possible but I just don't want to. No judgements to those who do though,! I definitely see why people do.

I'm a competitive strength athlete, I train with and know many women of all shapes and size who have gotten into strength sports.

It seems to be a very empowering thing for many women, to stop focusing on what they look like in terms of what society finds attractive, and to focus on building a body that is strong.

There is a great instagram page called you.look.like.a.man

Its run by Women who lift and post messages and comments made by men to and about these Women criticising the way they look.

If you see a Women with big muscles she probably doesn't care what you think and also probably dead lifts more than you.
