"It's a fantasy for Mrs, but having only ever met one person at a time before, I thought I'd get some advice from the more experienced people out there...
How do you go about the planning? Find the individual guys and find a date that works for all? Or just attend a club night for greedy girls and hope that there are people there that meet your 'requirements'.
Mrs is somewhat of a size queen in training, so looking for a VWE group of guys, which I've no doubt will be tricky to find and coordinate properly.
Any advice from the more seasoned veterans out there?
TIA.

Sounds good.
A couple of years back I helped organise a gangbang for a married couple I was friends with. I'd planned lots of non-sexual events before, so a lot of the same rules apply, although with a few significant differences
The planning isn't too hard, it's trying to get people to commit to attending as so many people drop out. There's a few sites you can advertise through, like Fab. You need to find a comfortable venue (Airbnb, hotel) somewhere accessible, arrange 2-4 weeks (maybe longer) before the planned date, and stick to the date if possible.
Decide first what you're comfortable doing, or not doing and put together an outline for the event. Be very clear about rules and times.
Try to vet applicants. If they are on Fab then check how long they've been registered, if they're photo verified, verifications from other users (check them too for fake profiles). Book 50% more attendees than you need, as half will always fail to show. Once you've selected attendees communicate with them regularly. Try to get a contact number/whatsapp/kik etc and keep regular contact with them to show you're serious and check they are too.
Be discreet on the day. If you've booked a hotel or Airbnb you don't want to get found out or upset the neighbors, so try to keep things quiet on the night.
You know what, it's so late and I'm flaking fast so I'll stop there. There's a lot more I can suggest so please get in touch privately and I can go into more detail.
