Spotting Charlatans

We are new to this. The friend requests come in and then disappear. Couples say 'hi' and then we find out it is only one half of the couple (unbeknownst to their respective half). Does anybody have any tips to separate genuine people from the charlatans and time wasters. (Any reference to the band will receive a frown) TIA

Only accept a friend request after messaging for a while. If you're contacted and the sex talk starts immediately they're most likely never going to meet you. Reverse search images. If they seem too good to be true they probably are.

If people aren’t photo verified (as a couple or a single lady) after a week, that could be a warning sign. It’s free and it stays private. Been on a year with no pics and no verifications ? Also a warning sign...
