Not sure how to phrase this, but does a guy being 'alternative' bother folks?

I know that I look different to a lot of people on here and it does affect how I get treated in vanilla life.

So what I'm wondering is does that mean people have prejudged me (or any alternative person) on the scene before I even try and speak to people?

I already tone down my appearance when I go to clubs, but should I do more? Should I need to do more?

All thoughts appreciated!

Be yourself - do as we do and embrace your weirdness!

Many people actually find us alternative types more approachable.

You gotta be yourself ..not be what you think someone else wants you to be....hey.. you wont meet so many people and be excluded from certain places..but at least you can hold your head up high for being a true rock n roller...

Cheers, folks. I just kinda worry that ‘being myself’ isn’t getting me what I’m after at this point.

Being true to myself and having a fun life seem a little exclusive right now...
