So tonight I have been let down by 2 men. Thought by agreeing to meet 2 single guys that if 1 let me down then there would always be the 2nd one. But both let me down and now I feel I went through an hour of cramps and pain from douching for nothing.

So I am now wondering if douching is meant to be as uncomfortable as it is for me. Does anyone have any tips to lesson the cramps?

Somewhere over the rainbow...

What are you using to douche? Warm water? Cold water? Anything in it? Straight from the shower?

I don’t get cramps when I douche.

Sorry you were let down. I get cramps - that’s when you know you’re empty! I did a lot of reading about it on line and it says that’s normal (if it happens) x

Think I must be weird

I’ve had colonics too and never had cramps...

Use body heat water only, nothing extra. Not too much at a time. Works for me. mr!

Hey

That’s poop (pardon the pun) about being let down!! It is so frustrating when that happens, I’m sure people do not realise how much time and effort goes into preparing for a meet.

If I was your way I would not let you down.

Regarding the cramps, sounds like the water was too cold. I’ve made that mistake before and it’s ruined it. For me it’s part of the session, I always feel great getting ready for a meet so when it goes bad it certainly puts a downer on things.

For me, I always make sure the water is nice and warm, as long as it’s not boiling I know it’s fine!!

How long did you hold the water in for??

Fingers crossed that the Prep hasn’t gone to waste!

Thanks for the replys and the kind thoughts about my wasted night.

The water in general is warm. It feels like a period cramp in all honesty not that the men that post will know what that feels like.

At one point i was curled up on the bed between cramps almost in tears. So really not pleasant.

I agree with doubleA warm water and not too much, once I start to feel full i stop but then I am male so could be different. Also Im not sure it takes an hour, obviously important to get right but 30 minutes been OK for me. PS hope you find a proper gent next time xx

Wonder if the weather put them off, probably cold feet.

Douching is quite an intricate procedure.

I usually drink two tables spoons of tepid warmish water from the kettle about half hour before. Then about ten mins before do some exercise, like lie on your back and pull one knee up to your tummy then push it over to the opposite side, same with the other. Do this 5 times per leg.

This loosens up everything inside and

warms up the muscles.

Proceed with your douche, body temp water ideal.

If still getting cramps do the following drink a glass of cool fresh water, also hands above the head and then down touch toes about 5 to 10 times.

Belle Vita breakfast bites help with digestion and bind your poo, and easier to expell. Or any good roughage food.

If you've had anything spicey, drink water it will dilute any gasseous material.

Some people find a small drink of alcahol as muscle relaxant, but best stick to water it does the same without getting tipsy.

Sounds like your doing it for too long and the water is going too far up into your colon. Take prebiotics as well as it can effect your natural flora, good luck.

I’ve never experienced cramps either. I use luke warm water and it probably only takes about 10-15 mins max. I don’t do it very regularly. Maybe you’re overdoing it a bit.

And with regards to the no-shows, their loss! Onwards and upwards.

Perhaps you are overdoing the douche activity... The lower bowel needs the attention and not the whole gut... There are instruction videos available to researh this and also information on this topic on line too....

Do not eat too heavily prior to your anal 'activities' and never eat a high fibre food for the same reasons..
