There are more and more directors, directing for the female and queer eye. Porn is buisness and buisness goes where the market is. So if we want more porn that appeals to non male markets the we have to make a market by buying more of it. So if ladies want more of the porn that appeals to them then they need to vote with their wallets. Then the industry will listen. Money talk, not ethics and fairness doesn't.

And to be fair some of the new generation of ethical and more multi gendered orientated producers are starting to do well. But their success in the end will pretty much depends on people wanting to buy it.
