well as quite a new couple ourselves I would disagree that we don't want to know about single or married men.

For my part I would say your first problem is that you're set up on a single account without a reference to your wife's account if she has one . . perhaps set up a couple account as well so people can verify that your wife knows you play separately.

Personally I'd get your wife to verify you from either your couples account or her singles account if she has one, stating what the situation is.

That way people are much more in the know, plus you'll have a veri on your profile. Many fab users won't meet those unverified in person, so as such would just dismiss your profile out of hand without seeing one.

Other than that there is the oft-mentioned numbers game of course!

Ignoring the (inevitable) “we hate cheaters” digression, OP; your profile could do with sprucing up somewhat. It currently reads like English isn’t your first language

I did say about the profile near the top of the thread but turned into a witch hunt of "cheating men"

Tony, couples even if they play apart should talk through a couples profile it shows both can read and there's less chance of secrets there for less chance of others thinking your cheating

I'm happy to meet married men if the wife is fully on board with it. I'd want to talk to her first though. I'm also happy for anyone to talk to my partner before meeting me if they wanted to.

That would be a logistical nightmare when both parties are looking for totally different things. It also doesn't prove anything as anyone can set up a couples profile. I personally know a woman who's ex is continuing to use their old couples profile without her. If someone wants to talk to my partner, I'm happy to arrange that. Surely it's also more obvious it's legit to see an active singles profile for the other partner than a couples profile as it would be hell of a lot of effort to create a whole fake partners account with verifications, statuses and pictures posted over time. It would be easier just to pretend to be single if you were that intent on being dishonest.
