"Wish I could do longer distances, I just get bored after five mins, even with music in my lugs. Once hitched a lift to get to the next water hole(pub) while attempting a 5 mile run. Did about 2 n half miles. Admire people who do. ![]() Good on you for giving it a go though ![]() | |||

Training twice a day (sometimes 3 times if a gym session was involved) on a ten day cycle, combined with work and then two little ones I couldn't manage it and chose to retire as I call it. Still jog to keep a bit of weight off but now as I hit 50 feeling the aches and pains ![]() | |||
