I was just wondering as most profiles here have age restrictions

Mature is something you show, not tell.

Filters are a pretty good indication of whether someone might be interested in you. Find people whose filters you fit into.

I don't mind younger guys after chatting etc but they have to be older than my children sorry

You could do an advanced search and tick the box that mentions you are in the age category they are looking for. That way, you can filter out the profiles that are looking for older

thank you, I tried that few times but unfortunatelly most profiles say that the person has been online few months ago, it might just be like that in my area but somehow I feel like older women are not that interested in younger men anymore

I that case maybe expand your range. I'm fairly confident there will be women out there, it's just making an impression.

Age is subjective so maybe consider moving your goalposts for the right lady.
