Just wondering what peoples thoughts were on why fakes exist? Call it my love for psychology but what makes a fake tick?

I just dont see what someone gets from pretending to be someone there not. Like if a guy pretends to be a girl and reels in some guy. Hes going to get dick pics etc but theres gay websites and apps you could get that from in an instant so why??

People pretending to be female for couples or other girls again theres that much porn out there why would pics from anyone on here be better than what you can find online??

Intrested to hear peoples thoughts as im intrigued

I had a “girl”, really persistent, messaging over and over. She wanted to meet for a drink, to be friends. Her profile said she lived nowhere near me. So I said, ok, let’s cam or have a call or something.

What a surprise, it all went dead,

It was definitely a guy and I dread to think what would have happened if I’d agreed to meet

It is interesting, but I guess it's about building a false life, we've all heard of people who brliy their own lies!

When they're chatting here the attention they receive is better than their real lives which are probably quite mundane.

Yeah suppose i can get it but it would frustrate me so much especially if i got on woth someone that i could never take it further. Plus its a shitty thing to do and been caught with it ourselves, tho himself is a bit of a master at detecting them

It’s attention seeking in a way and they more than likely have very low self esteem.

People pretending to be female for couples or other girls again theres that much porn out there why would pics from anyone on here be better than what you can find online??

Pic collectors most likely

Possible that they're uploading these to various porn sites

There was a profile on Xhamster which had a ton of stolen private & public pics from this site, mainly of Scottish women
