Even at this hour my apartment is bordering on a sauna!

Its glass floor to ceiling throughout, top floor, pretty sure ive encountered a mirage in my kitchen area lol

Anyone in a similar position, tips to cool down? X

Blimey, did they not tell you it was a rooftop greenhouse?

On a serious note invest in air conditioner. There are portable ones if you're renting the apartment so you can take it with you when you leave. Otherwise wearing wet t-shirts may help.

Sounds daft but I learnt this trick after being in hip to toe plaster one hot summer. Put your foot in cold water, or run your wrists under the cold tap for a min or two.

A tea towel submerged in cold water and wrung out so it's not dripping, laid across the back of the neck is very cooling. I used to drape a cold damp towel over my rat cage to help keep them cool when it got really hot, worked a treat.
