We organised and enjoyed a lovely gang bang at a hotel saturday night had us and 4 single guys as we wanted. However this was after a whole week of time wasters. We have done this quite a few times as our verifications testify. Yes we ask everyone to chip in toward costs. Because by the the time we pay for the hotel drinks to offer and condoms we have spent about 140 quid. It's not about the money we don't really need it. But we ask people to chuck in 20 to 30 quid each(depending on how much the hotel room cost we aim for an equal split) by pay pal more to be sure they will turn up.

We are now thinking to find in advance guys who are up for how we do things.

B- chuck us a chip in in our pay pal as it seems only those guys turn up.

I don't think there is any tried and tested way to stop this from happening APART FROM only inviting guys who have turned up before/you've played with before. I have either arranged or had arranged for me several GBs and not once have the majority of the men turned up. I usually aim for 50% attendance but even then its not guaranteed.

We can moan and complain and wonder why men who complain that they never get invited to parties don't turn up when they do, but unless one of them is brave enough to reply to one of these posts to explain, we'll never find out. I particularly get fed up of the ones saying they'll be there right up to the start, then just don't turn up. As you say, it stops a genuine guy from coming. But still, the best thing is to not invite them again.

i think as Wyrd says this just seems to be pr for the course...i would love to know why single guys do this too.

They don't want to risk being recognised.

They don't want to be in a gang bang situation, only 1 to 1.

I get the point being made, but why say yes to a party, when it is clear it is a party with lots of naked men, hoping to get a one on one? Why not have a think about what they are agreeing to and, when they realise they are just not going to be able to go through with it, send a nice message saying that they have changed their mind?

What the OP is saying, and what happens (IIRC) at every GB posted about on here is that parties are carefully arranged to balance numbers and, when guys who have said right up to the start date that they will come then decide not to, its spoils it for all. I have a feeling I know the answer, but it would be good to get it confirmed.
