I was always intrigued to try one so got one a few months back. To be honest not the greatest success. Firstly not easy to get the initial air tight seal and then when I did caused a lot of bruising afterwards.

So if you’re going to use then just go easy on how many times you pump it!!

I love mine, and I use japanese suction cups too. But it's all about finding the right fit. It can be very very intense and start off slowly. Pump, release and repeat a few times to get your body accustomed to the feeling.
