I don't agree with any public sex. The people who might see them, fulfill the players fantasy, at the risk of been viewed by children and people who are grossly upset by sexual acts. The so called voyeur has no chance to consent.

When I was a kid I sat next to a guy on a train, who behind his briefcase had his willy out fully erect, sitting opposite him was a hot looking lady.

I moved back to where my mum was sitting asap.

Masturbating in public remains prohibited, though, because of several other laws, the key one being Section 28 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 which states it is an offence for anyone to "wilfully and indecently" expose his "person" in a street or public place to the obstruction, annoyance or danger of residents or passengers (NB references to a "person" mean "penis"). The overall penalty incurred is dependent on a range of circumstantial factors.

Apparentely you can get hauled up if a neighbour sees you sunbathing nude in your own garden and raisea complaint.
