Help with swelling

So me and my FB were using my cock stroker last night and things got quite heated and everything was amazing.... the only problem is 10 mins after finishing I noticed some swelling around the foreskin and back of my penis, I’m hoping this is down the pressure from the toy, it slightly went down over night but still there this morning, has anyone had anything like this? Is it normal? Will it go down? Has anyone got any advice to help?

That’s reassuring, what sort of time frame am I looking at? And extra girth sounds great but not sure I have the movement in the skin at the moment to get much out of it
