I'm 4months post operation from open heart surgery my question is has anyone had a major surgery and then played a few months later .? Discuss..

Surely your consultant would be best to advise. Its a perfectly reasonable question to ask

I'm sure with loads of operations on various different body parts, doctors get asked a lot!

Your body will usually tell you when you've done too much though.

Seeing as its your heart, and some blood pumping is required, it might not be as efficient if you peak too soon
