Given the power dynamic here, expectations get built. My first (polite) turn down here stung a bit, but I handled that shit on my own. Because, you know, I'm an adult.

A man may limit his choices to the extent that he rules out people who would otherwise meet him, but that's his prerogative. Life is full of compromise. If there are things he won't compromise on, that's his business. It would just be wise to be aware of causes and effects and make informed decisions. You pays your money, you takes your choice.

Acceptable for everyone, we had a social meet and at the end the guy was honest enough to say that my Mrs. wasn't for him.

We thanked him for his honesty & departed on good terms.

Most definitely. Actually I think it's a good thing for men to have that type of mentality. There are some who will meet someone just for a shag. I always preferred to meet those who did have standards, as i would have hated the thought of being one of those who was viewed as an itch to scratch

. I remember someone saying to me once that they weren't interested, as they only go for blondes. I didnt get abusive, just wished them well on the site. We all have preferences, male and female and all are valid preferences
