Why do random people think it's ok to message and say "did I just see you picking your kids up from school?" accompanied by nothing but a dick pic?

Do people seriously think that's ok?

Clearly some do, yes. No idea at all about how they make the recipient of them feel. Total lack of discretion and morals.

It’s also seriously worrying that they they think that you might recognise them from when you picked your kids up from their dick pic! I’m pretty sure that if we were picking up our hypothetical kids and we saw someone with a dick out we’d be calling the police and not replying on fab

They do. Also "Ooh Amanda*, we work together, and you're in so much trouble when everyone finds out what you're up to! Haha"

Ffs why is it OK to threaten to out someone, let alone take pleasure out of it?

* my name isn't Amanda.

I had someone asking in chat about my exact location the other day. Obs I refused to give it. After I said I was thinking of letting spare room he jumped in with his mate was looking for a room. No, not taking in lodgers either lol. Particularly not ones from here.

Get this a fair bit. "Did I see you in Asda/the garage/doctors?". Nothing but a dick pic attached to the message. Proper creeps me out.

One fella now seems to think that because he's seen me in Asda, knows I'm local and on here, it's only fair that he can message demanding to meet up. I've no fucking clue what he looks like but I "owe" him a social meet at least because he's spotted me in person

I try to keep my Fab life and non Fab life incredibly firmly apart. I felt bad enough a few weeks ago when someone I volunteer with was talking about other voluntary work they do and I realised that someone I know from here also volunteers there. And that's extremely unlikely to connect up!

I get messages with my real name in the title and "Can't believe you're on here!".... "I work with your Mum, imagine if she knew". Bore off!

Creepy as fuck

I get that regularly, it's not been me before but someone was right for the first time the other day. Then I also did the race for life recently and someone said they were there to cheer me on, that was a bit creepy!

I usually ask them something that they won't know if they don't know me then block them if they won't answer or get it wrong.

If I don't just block them in the first place.

It's all so wrong. Asda, doctor, dentist, whatever. Life is life. Fab is fab.

For someone to watch us picking up our kids and then message us a dick pic is just worrying.

There are casual ways to message and say you just saw someone, include a face pic, be nice. Don't just a picture of your cock and say "I just saw you" or whatever. It's wrong.

People need to think what it makes the recipient of the message would think and feel.

Discretion goes out the window with some obviously.

We've had it.

Tossers

To me it smacks of desperation and some weird power trip.

For ladies I can imagine it is very much the same feeling as a real stalker.

Block and report the wankers.

I had one myself the other week. Somewhat unbelievably. Here in Turkey. Some prick. That then opened another account to do it again.

Nobody I know in real life is on this site, plus I have no friends, so there is little chance of that happening to me.

PS, I do have friends really

Some people on here think pretending that they know you will get them laid. If only with "I'll tell everyone if you don't..."

To be honest, I would be totally gobsmacked if anyone I knew was into this kind of lifestyle, but I guess you never can tell.

Yep, they think it’s okay. It’s creepy as fuck and genuinely freaks me out.

Took my dogs for a huge walk one day with my hubby and had seven men message me saying they saw me. Don’t know who any of them are/were. One even took a photo of me, sent me it, and commented on how tall I was in person?!

I’ve had so many creepy experiences

What?!? Oh my god. I'm terrified of posting my face as it would completely give me away. Although I'm sure if people looked hard enough at my pictures they could probably pick me out if they came across me. It's so fucking scary that happened to you!

It’s so creepy isn’t it! Blocked him as soon as I saw it. Bloody weird

Had someone who worked in Tesco see me, message me to ask if next time he saw me he could chat. I said no because my anxiety is sky high and I’m just in to do my shopping. The next day I was in with my (then) 10 year old and 13 year old sisters. So he strolls over and tries to start chatting my husband ended up taking my sisters hands and steering them away while I went to the bathrooms to have a panic attack

I feel sick just reading about that experience I can't imagine how horrendous you must have felt. I do not understand people. I really hope nothing like that ever happens to you again. Grown adults should know better.

Just took the words out of my mouth.

No it's not right for randoms to approach you in public/message you like it's a real life version of Where's Wally, but if you've got your face pic on public then people are going to recognise you.

Or am I missing something?

I had a meet with a single female, verified her, also had my Veris up. Then received a message along the lines of “I gave her a better fuck than you ever could of” from some bloke she’d met. After I told him to bore off and blocked him I then received another message from a different profile asking if I thought it was that easy to block him!

It's fine to recognise people. Listing off what I wore as I picked my children up, repeatedly saying how attractive I was and sending nothing but a dick pic made it super creepy.

This is a place where we should be able to show faces and people here should understand and respect privacy.

Just because we show faces it doesn't mean people can get creepy while I'm with my children ffs!

I'm not arsed about being recognised on here. But yeah, as the OP mentioned "stalky" messages, I find that rather creepy and unnecessary.

A guy has actually said to me that I deserve abuse as I choose to have my face pic on show. I tend to disagree.

Mind you, not everyone shares the same way of thinking.

Some people are recognised just from their verifications or by past meets disclosing information about them.

Personally I find it really odd when faceless profiles take the time to let me know that they've seen me about. Not sure what response they're wanting

I think they actually think you'll invite them yo play if they think they have something to hold over you ( possibly as a threat to exposing your swinging proclivities)

It's not okay to do that and it is exceedingly creepy.

Some people have no social skills, or any clue about people's privacy. The fact that they said something about when your kids were there just shows how weird they are.

For every one who mails you there will be others just watching. No face pic and they wouldn't know who you are.

No it doesn't, which is what I said above?

But we already know there are some folks on here who are lacking in social skills or are just odd.

Hence why I'd rather keep a face pic private.
