The two also aren't mutually exclusive, and there are no firm definitions.

As I often say, I can lose weight (although given my body type I'll never be slim), but these types of attitudes are harder to change.

The most common causes of obesity are overeating and physical inactivity. Ultimately, body weight is the result of genetics, metabolism, environment, behavior, and culture. Genetics.

Our culture and lifestyles of more more more,will only make it worse.

Seems to be a crime to care about yourselves nowadays. People like to throw out statements about genetics and the similar. But the only fact is, you are over weight because you take in more calories than you use.

I find people who look after themselves very sexy. But I do like a curvy to the hip. A clear waist definition is very sexy.
