Is it objectifying or finding attractive.

Do we not all (men and women) when going out on a meet dress ourselves in a way to attract others.

Could be a smart suit or tight jeans trousers.

Clothing and religion are separate.

By your logic, someone dressed like a European in Islamabad would be assumed to be a practising Christian.

That may or may not be true - it's a stereotype.

It's the same with traditional Arab dress here - it does not follow they are practising muslims.

It was traditional in this country for women to cover their heads as late as the 19th century with shawls etc.

Some women here still follow the practice of wearing a veil prior to marriage to a man.

In Rochdale there are alot of them but hardly anyone fucks them.

They are very secular.

We make friends with them on an individual level but their community self segregates itself.
