I would call my self experianced in the scene but recently I have lost all self confidence in email, meeting

It was because I was naked...

On Friday women started chatting toe and I just said..I didn't ave balls to say you look nice or anything....

Just be yourself and relax and it'll all fall into place and your confidence will come back. You've certainly got no reason to not feel confident!

I bet most people go through it every now and then. I certainly do. Sometimes there might be an obvious reason but sometimes not.

Id say dont worry about it, dont put yourself under any pressure about it, and when its right it will happen x

me, yeah all the time, every time i meet someone i feel ill, i get myself so worked up about the fact they wont like me i have at times wanted to call it off, when i go to club i only have to see some young, slim women to make me question what that hell im doing there

im quite a unconfidant person and always have been, i dont gel well with new people which sometimes make me come over as a little stand offish which puts some off, im fine once ive got to know someone but i just find it hard to talk to new people, even more so in clubs where you feel like your being judged for the way you look

i question all the time why im doing this but the simple asnwer is i have a high sex drive and im single so its a case of pushing myself at times

its fear of rejection

i have never made the first more on anyone at a club, if i see someone i like i just keep walking past them and hope they notice me lol

some women in clubs can be really snotty and to be honest i can understand why a lot of guys feel intimidated in there

I find it works best when your not trying, i never go to clubs on a mission to do anything i go with the mind set if i play great if not its no big deal and i find i have met the nicest guys and had the best times with guys ive not really made any effort with at all, just chatted and its happened

Are you having this only when meeting/communicating with swingers, or with other girls etc?

If you've identified it as a confidence issue, then work out how you can rebuild your confidence levels. In the meantime, it would likely be helpful to ease off any self induced pressure, and to ensure that you stop immediately any inner dialog where you're self critical etc. Life can be tough enough, without making it harder for yourself!

My confidence levels fluctuate a bit, and some of the better things that work for me - and we're not all the same, of course - are to ensure that I get plenty of relaxation, focus on my positive qualities, rather than negative, and pace myself. I also am really selective about who I spend my time with - people who will keep me on a good level, rather than help knock me etc.

Also, taking a break isn't a bad thing - I had 2 months off, during the winter. (From Fab, not sex).
