Low volume come due to cancer

Hiya

I was wondering if ladies care too much about the volume of cum in a guy. Is it important to see a massive spray Or are you ok with all the other stuff. ConversTion feelings your orgasm etc and most of all fun.

Honestly, unless someone was specifically seeking "heavy cummers", I can't imagine anyone having an issue with it at all.

Give yourself time. Your confidence will improve. It took me a long time after finishing my treatment (for breast cancer) to feel confident again. Good luck
