Same room sex w/out swopping

Hi all. New to this. We fantasise about a mfmf foursome (weve had fmf before) but we are both a bit nervous. As a start we are considering meeting a couple (ideally bi fem) and having sex in the same room but w/out actually swopping. We think this will give us a good idea about possible next steps.

Is this a thing ppl do or is it too soft for swingers?

This is what we had been looking for. Finally experienced it earlier this week and it was even better than we hoped it would be.

Just girl on girl play and what I would describe as a foursome but the guys only played with their own partners. Was really hot being so close to another couple though.

A club maybe for this? Often in the couples room in a club couples just a have sex with each other around other couples just doing the same. There is no pressure to physically join in with others in the couples room and if another couple wants to be physical with you, you can simply decline no problem.

Loads of couples on here don’t swap. Many are just girl on girl and play with their own partner. Every couple has their own boundaries to be respected.

Something we both did first when younger, didn't consider it swinging at the time, just sharing available bed space for sex at parties. Not done that since we met, we did some soft-swinging when we got together and started swinging as a couple, but it was of the swap for foreplay variety.
