What is it with people chatting like normal then all of a sudden blocking you randomly?

Are they just catfish? Actually in a relationship and shit themselves?

Or does this just happen to me?

Maybe they just aren’t interested in you anymore. It’s easier to block without an awkward explanation, than have to awkwardly explain

There might be a variety of reasons. They are not who they said they were, the conversation was going the wrong way, they lost interest, they were just looking for a wank fodder etc. Just accept and move on.

Why chat like you are up for meeting then randomly block though?

I'd rather them just say look this isn't going to work or even if they have no intentions an explanation would be nice.

I have been to club once and met there a guy and had a little polite chat with him and told him how to find me on fab. He send me 3 messages that he is dripping and I’m his size or something like it and he can come and fuck me now with his friend. So I send him “why are you texting me this?” He answered “I’m very interested.” I was just upset I didn’t hit block fast enough after first message

It doesn’t take much to be blocked. You might have asked something what was written in persons profile they said they don’t want to talk or they don’t like it. Most of Ladies here won’t want to talk about sex before or on a social meet and most of messages lead to blocking.

Maybe I should be careful what I'm saying, I mean I know I'm a bloke and miss things but I'm sure the chat was going well. I was asked questions, I answered the reply was unread but blocked the last time!

People get last minute anxiety or nerves, their ex comes back, or they decide they've caught feels for someone else they're already seeing. Or perhaps whatever conversation you're having isn't really floating their boat for whatever reasons. Maybe you took too long to cut to the chase or maybe you were too direct? Every case is individual, but without being a quantum fly that can exist on multiple walls simultaneously, it's impossible to know.

Take from my experience... I was dating guy and suddenly got blocked.. Turned out he was married and his was about to find out and a year later I register here and he finds me on here and wants to chat like nothing happened. Don’t take it personal and just live on. You might have better luck in clubs socialising and meeting people face to face
