Online shopping for sexy outfits paid on the 19th them BAM clicked back onto the tab I left the confirmation on to which is said

Sorry your order has been canceled - spelt exactly like that.

I thought it was like any reputable online business. It had over 2000+ reviews on the website but after seeing my money had been taken from the account - trust pilot and google reviews were exactly this experience..

No number on their website.

Gutted really liked the outfits... better to keep to the site linked to fab to get my adult goodies

Did I read somewhere you have protection from your bank if you used a credit card, but not a debit card?

i quote some info

"How to claim through Chargeback

You will normally have to contact the bank who provided you with the card within 120 days of becoming aware there is a problem with the goods, or the day they are delivered.

If the goods are faulty or your card was used fraudulently, contact your bank within 120 days of when you are first made aware of this.

Ask them to initiate the Chargeback process and a dispute will be opened by your bank, who will investigate the matter and refund your money when this is settled.

Purchases over £100 on credit card are protected.

Even if you didn't use a credit card or paypal, contact the card issuer to see if anything can be done.

No debit card user. We don’t use credit cards - annoyingly the site which I’m guessing can’t be said on here has no contact details other than an email which is sent to a random email.

Hubby used the card but he says he’s dealing with too much with work atm that it’s only £250 so just leave it. I can’t just leave it! Very frustrating

Contact the card provider, most banks make this very easy to do and some have an online form you can fill in highlighting which transaction is in dispute, once the initiate the claim there’s not much else for you to do the bank take over and will look to resolve it for you
