We are looking for advice on the best way to ease our selves in to our first mfm threesome.

We both really want to do it but nervous at the same time.

We were thinking maybe visiting a gloryhole in Amsterdam as we are there in a few weeks. Or just start off with being watched then take it from there.

Any advice with people that had this predicament early on would be great. Jj

The first initial touching during a meet can be awkward, in our first experience it was bi MMF, Mrs C came out of the loo and I’d already started to kiss the other Male.

It was something telling me just do it and it’s worked since then we both are fairly proactive! X

Try it with one of your hubbys best friends. That was our first time & still the best. Enjoy x

Personally we would say go to a club. There’s a lot less pressure to play than you think. You can talk to many people and actually find someone you both click with.

You will find it scary but also exciting all at the same time. Everyone will have their own experiences and suggestions on how you should proceed as everyone started somewhere. I think the main thing you need to do is start wherever you feel the most comfortable. This could be chatting to guys in the fab chat rooms, flirting with someone on KIK, chatting to guys in your hotel in Amsterdam. Whatever you decide enjoy and most importantly have fun! X

It's all about the dynamic that works for you both, take things at your pace and don't rush

Our advice would be to try a club. It certainly worked for us when we started swinging. It's a safe environment where you can do as much or as little as you like, or simply watch, and you have the opportunity to see prospective playmates before committing to play. I soon progressed from MMF to MMMMMFF and enjoyed every second!

Find a nice guy on here (there are some) or in a club that’s done it before. Don’t drink too much, don’t take it too seriously, and enjoy yourselves. Remember the dynamic that it’s mostly about you and the other guy’s there to help. If you’re not comfortable at any time say so and take a break

We started by visiting a club, you don't have to take part and there's no pressure to do so. After watching for a while we went into a crowded playroom and played together with a bit of touching from the couple next to us but no swapping - we weren't ready for that on that first visit. But the experience of having sex with others around doing the same really pushed our boundaries.

We discussed what we felt about everything after we'd got home, agreed we liked it and wanted to go further, so on the next visit we did our first soft-swing swap. A few visits later we did our first full swap. Suggest you take it slowly like us and talk about things before and after - and keep talking. Good luck, it's really worth getting into swinging but don't rush.

How I did it (not on here though) was to chat to a man myself and invite him to join me and my friend. There was no pressure on him to do anything.
